I’m Barbara Francini, an ICF Certified Coach with a lifelong passion for understanding people—and helping them understand themselves.
With a career rooted in Public Relations, I’ve spent years navigating the complexities of human interaction, mastering how to build, nurture, and sustain meaningful relationships across cultures, industries, and personalities. My work in PR didn’t just teach me how to communicate—it taught me how to truly connect. But professional connections were only part of the story.
In 2013, driven by my deep interest in personal growth and human dynamics, I earned my ICF Coaching Certification with the NeuroLeadership Group right here in Dubai.
That journey marked a turning point—transforming my ability to guide not just corporate relationships, but personal ones too.
By 2019, I expanded my expertise with a Master in Coaching in Rome, specializing in Evolutionary Coaching.
Since then, I’ve been committed to helping individuals—like you—move beyond surface-level interactions and build purposeful, fulfilling relationships.
Today, I combine my background in Communication with over a decade of coaching practice to offer a unique, holistic approach.
